Full description and what we offer
Tammy spent 13 years in child welfare, ending as a Kansas state child abuse investigator. She worked three years in mental health at a maximum-security prison. That experience showed her something clear: protective orders don't protect anyone. They're paperwork for prosecutors to use after the fact.
That reality led her to get a handgun for personal protection. But finding someone to teach her took three years. So she built Red Brick Road Training to make sure nobody else gets lost trying to learn.
Tammy also creates video content specifically for new shooters—helping them avoid the embarrassment and confusion she faced when starting out.
