Michael Brent Jarboe (CEO) - 16 years at Remington. Developed the bottom-eject Remington 105CTi shotgun, pioneered their Defense division sniper rifle programs (MSR, M2010, PSR), and holds 8 U.S. patents. Competitive shooter with 4 NRA National Records in Smallbore 3-Position, Distinguished Prone Rifleman.
Marlin R. Jiranek II (COO/CFO) - 19 years at Remington as metallurgical engineer and material scientist. Developed the carbon fiber barrel wrap process for the Remington 700 Carbon. Six patents to his credit. Secured $72 million Army of the Philippine Islands contract. Accomplished 3-Gun and IDPA competitor.
Gregory A. Dennison (VP Cartridge Case Product Development) - Naval Ordnance Station expert in interior ballistics. Led ammunition revitalization at Remington including .260 Remington, Ultra Mag families, 6.8 SPC, and military sniper loads. Directed precision guided firearms systems at TrackingPoint. Original ADG founder in 2015.
Mark T. Hammond (VP Contract Engineering / CNC Operations) - 13 years at Remington as test engineer and design engineer. Designed the .30 AR magazine and bolt head, won 2010 New Product Introduction Award. Member, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, lifetime NRA member.
Kevin Blanford (VP Industrial Design) - Pioneer of digital rifle stock design at Remington. Designed stocks for XCR, VersaMax, M887, M770, ShurShot platforms. Expert in ergonomic synthetic design. Original ADG founder.
