Paintball Command

Paintball Command opened in 2001 and has been Southeast Louisiana's go-to field ever since. Located in Mandeville, 1.4 miles north of I-12 on Highway 59 (about 8 miles from the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway), they operate on 40 acres with four distinct playing fields designed for different play styles.

• •Scenario Field - The flagship: 3+ miles of trails, multiple two-story bunkers, bridges, a castle, and the "slaughter house" structure. Built for immersive, narrative-driven gameplay.

• •Wooded Field - Smaller, faster-paced concept field with a creek running through the middle. Good for continuous action without the scale of the scenario field.

• •Open/Hyperball Field - Mirrored, symmetrical layout designed for fast-paced, balanced competition.

• •NXL Tournament Field - Fully netted, regulation-spec field for competitive speedball tournaments.

Full on-site pro shop stocked with: - Markers (paintball guns) from major brands - Hoppers, masks, tanks, regulators - Paintball grenades and smoke grenades - Clothing, barrel swabs, lubricants, accessories - Biodegradable BBs for airsoft in most weights

Repair & Service: - PTI and vendor-trained repair center - Repairs for markers, hoppers, regulators from most brands - Tank retesting service - CO2 and high-pressure air fills - Warranty work

Pricing: Competitive rates, rarely beat locally. If they don't have something in stock, they order it promptly.

• •Hours: Saturday-Sunday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM year-round. Weekdays by appointment.

• •Packages: Groups with 500 paintballs usually last 3+ hours depending on breaks and play intensity. Games themselves run 15-30 minutes each. During a day session, groups play 5+ different games on rotating fields.

• •Capacity: Groups up to 130 players. Group discounts available with advance booking. Private Pee Wee groups available.

• •Food & Drink: No food included in packages. Snack and drink machines on site, 5-gallon water coolers in staging area. You can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Pizza delivery accepted. Birthday party groups get a picnic table.

• •What It Feels Like: Most players describe a hit at distance like a rubber band snap or towel pop—over in seconds. Close-range hits (under 20 feet) can leave a welt. That's why there's a 20-foot surrender rule. They use temperature/humidity-controlled, high-quality paintballs that hurt less and wash out easily from clothes.

Online waiver system available. All players under 18 need parent/guardian signature. Waivers valid until March 1st (insurance renewal). 72-hour cancellation policy. Accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
