44 Outfitters operates in Colorado's Rocky Mountains near Gypsum under a special use permit from the USDA Forest Service, White River National Forest. Owned and operated by Clayton and Jason—both 5th generation ranchers who grew up riding, hunting, fishing, and trapping in these mountains. They focus on sharing that deep knowledge with clients while respecting the environment.
- •Fully Guided Hunts - The premium package. You bring your gear, guides handle the rest. Choose 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 guide-to-hunter ratios with customized meals included.
- •Semi-Guided Hunts - Lower cost option for hunters who want to test their own skills. Guides lead you to productive areas, but you hunt independently. No meals included.
- •Drop Camp - Camp setup with tent, cots, wood/propane stove, cooking utensils, and water provided. All your personal gear gets packed in and out via horseback. One game animal pack-out per hunter included. Optional camp chef available for additional fees.
