Full description and what we offer
Ducks In Flight Waterfowl Hunting, LLC. has been running guided waterfowl hunts on Maryland's Eastern Shore since 1998. Henry and Lynn Dierker built this operation from the ground up, and it shows—hunters keep coming back year after year, often making it an annual tradition.
The hunting area consists of a Maryland-licensed Regulated Shooting Area spanning 523 acres with 22 impoundments (ponds). Here's what makes this setup work:
Henry Dierker runs the operation with support from a crew of licensed, experienced guides:
"Mr. Henry takes pride in his operation, and will see to it that you will have one of the best experiences of your life. The blinds are well built, roomy, and can accommodate large groups." — Rick Valenzja, 10+ year client

For inexperienced shooters, they recommend a few rounds of sporting clays before hunt day to get comfortable with moving targets.
