Pitboss Waterfowl, LLC offers guided waterfowl hunts across Maryland's most productive waters—the Atlantic Ocean, Coastal Zone, and legendary Chesapeake Bay. USCG Captain Jeff Coats runs the operation with a straightforward philosophy: deliver exceptional hunts backed by hard work and genuine passion for the sport.

These waters hold: - Sea Ducks — the primary focus - Atlantic Brant - Diving Ducks — multiple species

Capt. Jeff operates with top-tier equipment, including the DuckWater Ocean 32—the world's largest duck boat. This isn't about cutting corners. The right boat means you're positioned correctly for decoying action and you're safe on open water.

Private morning hunts are the standard offering. You book directly with Capt. Jeff. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date (non-refundable). The goal is straightforward: get you in position, work the birds, and make sure you have a hunt worth remembering.

Pitboss Waterfowl also runs an online shop stocked with branded gear—camo hoodies, beanies, hats, and apparel. Most items range from $28–$60, with regular sales on camo patterns and sweatshirts.

Capt. Jeff is also heavily involved in the waterfowl community, having served as Honorary Decoy Festival Chairman for the 39th Annual Decoy & Wildlife Art Festival.
