Greenbelt Gun Club

Greenbelt Gun Club is a historic social organization dedicated to promoting firearm safety and the enjoyment of shooting sports in Maryland.

Founded in 1938, Greenbelt Gun Club (GGC) has served the Maryland shooting community for over 85 years. As a membership-based organization, GGC emphasizes fun and camaraderie over competition, hosting numerous shooting activities throughout the year at the associated range facility.

Greenbelt Gun Club operates as a members-only organization. The club holds one general membership meeting in early November where members receive updates on club operations and elect board members. Prospective members can apply through the club's online application form, with membership running on a calendar year basis (January 1 - December 31). Members joining after October 31st receive an automatic extension into the following year.
