Green Mountain Gobblers

Green Mountain Gobblers is a veteran-owned outfitter specializing in guided spring turkey hunts across Vermont and Massachusetts. Nick, the owner and head guide, is a National Guard veteran and family farmer who started turkey hunting 36 years ago. He brings 27 years of combined guiding and mentoring experience to every hunt.

Guides are organized by zone—Central VT, Southern VT, and Massachusetts. They're friends, not subcontractors, and work together as a unified team. Guides Joe and Trenton maintain 100% opportunity rates, while the combined 6-year track record across all guides stands at 98.95% success.

Youth turkey hunts available April 25-26, 2026 for $275 per youth (1 bearded turkey).

Central Vermont Only (when available)—$100 nightly: - RV site: Private setting with full amenities, cable TV, full bathroom, outside picnic table, gas grill, queen memory foam bed, twin bunk, daily continental breakfast - Camp bedroom: Full-size bed, twin memory foam cot, cable TV, common area access, daily breakfast included

Lodging referrals provided for Massachusetts and Southern Vermont hunts.

• •Hunting hours: 30 minutes before sunrise to noon daily
• •Hunt style determined by guide based on daily scouting, weather, and terrain (run-and-gun, blinds, decoys optional)
• •2 bearded turkeys per law, per hunter, per state
• •Hunters ride along in guide vehicle
• •Phone connection 1-2 weeks before arrival
• •Liability waivers signed on arrival; full balance due before hunting begins
