Guns Inc operates 11,000 square feet of retail space in West Springfield, making it the biggest gun store in the region. They stock a rotating inventory of firearms across all types, buy and sell used guns, and handle trades.

Hot Brass Indoor Firearm & Bow Range operates separately from the store but in the same building. Public range access is available, plus private memberships are offered.

Guns Inc offers semi-private safety classes required for Massachusetts License to Carry applications. Multiple instructors, various schedules throughout the month. Online registration available.
