Citizens Defense League handles CPL certification for Metro Detroit shooters who want actual training, not just paperwork. All classes are USCCA certified and meet Michigan's live-fire requirements—minimum 8 hours, 30 rounds downrange, lunch included.
- •CPL Certification Classes – State-required 8+ hours covering firearms fundamentals, situational awareness, conflict avoidance, de-escalation, and self-defense law
- •Group Classes – Bring your friends, family, coworkers, or church group for private sessions
- •1-on-1 Coaching – Work on specific marksmanship and gun-handling weaknesses with direct instruction
No gun? They provide one for the range portion. Already own a firearm? Bring it (unloaded, encased, clear chamber).
