Full description and what we offer
Muskegon Concealed Carry Classes delivers state-sanctioned concealed pistol license (CPL) training through Michigan Coalition for Responsible Gun Owners (MCRGO). Whether you're picking up a handgun for the first time or you've been shooting for years, they run courses designed for real-world carry—not tactical fantasy.
CPL Class ($100) Covers the legal and safety foundations: carrying in public, firearm storage, self-defense law, and general gun safety. Instructors work with both beginners and experienced shooters. No shooting experience required—they loan .22lr pistols at no extra cost, ammo included.
Advanced CPL Class ($200) For people already carrying or planning to. Focus on drawing from concealment, holster selection, movement and shooting, use of cover, reloading, and firing from awkward positions. Hands-on range work at Coopersville Sportsman Club.
Stop the Bleeding Trauma Training (Free) A 2-hour introduction to bleeding control and tourniquet use. Covers the reality of response delays in active shooter and explosive events. Think CPR for hemorrhage control.
Pepper Spray Defense Class (CSAP) Three hours in a small group setting. Students receive SABRE spray, practice canisters, a manual, and a certificate of completion. Intimate classes mean actual instructor feedback on your technique.
