Center of Mass started because the founders believed not all firearm instructors are created equal. Their mission: provide common sense, high-quality, student-friendly firearms training that's relevant, recent, and realistic. Every course is designed to help you legally defend against death or great bodily harm—not rushed through like some competitors.

They don't just teach safety. They teach legalities, conflict avoidance, what happens after you use force, how to handle police encounters, and how to travel with firearms in and out of state. The curriculum gets updated constantly, and instructors train outside their own school to stay current.
