USPSA match at Willmar Rifle & Pistol Club—a timed competition where you run multiple stages mixing speed and accuracy against the clock. This is practical pistol shooting: you'll move between positions, engage paper and steel targets, and see how your gun handling stacks up against other shooters in your division.
Typical USPSA format runs 4-8 stages in one match day. You shoot in your chosen division (Open, Limited, Production, Carry Optics, or Single Stack), score based on accuracy and time, and compete directly with other shooters doing the same course of fire. It's competitive without being cutthroat—you're mainly testing yourself.
