Minimum age is 11 years old. According to their stats, paintball is safer than golf, tennis, and swimming when proper equipment and safety rules are followed. All guns and equipment are tested and calibrated for consistency and safety.

Paintballs are made from washable chemicals—they're not actual paint. Stains wash out with water, though wearing old clothes is still recommended.
