03ELEVEN Tactical is a veteran and law enforcement-owned training organization based in St. Louis, Missouri. The outfit was founded by Brian Rossomanno (28-year St. Louis Metro Police veteran, former Marine infantryman, 12-year SWAT member) and Craig Grob (10-year Marine Corps vet, Scout Sniper Team Leader, 7-year St. Louis Police SWAT operator). Their entire instructor cadre comes from active duty or recent service—no classroom-only guys.

The core principle: training is distilled from decades of actual operational experience, not theory. Their motto sums it up: "We don't rise to the level of our expectations, we fall to the level of our training."

  • Beginner Pistol (8 hours)
  • For shooters with little to no handgun experience
  • Covers safety, semi-auto and revolver familiarization, loading/unloading, marksmanship fundamentals, live-fire application
  • Advanced Pistol (8 hours)
  • Builds on basic skills with distance shooting, speed with accuracy, reload drills, strong/weak hand techniques

  • All drills run from the holster under time pressure
