Full description and what we offer

Steve at Brush Trail Hunting isn't a professional outfitter living off lease fees—he has a full-time job and does this because he loves to hunt. That changes everything about how he operates.

"I run my operation with the hunter in mind. I treat hunters like I would want to be treated."

  • The pricing model is simple: You pay one flat annual fee per tract. Not per hunter. Not per day. One price, and your group has exclusive access for the entire season.
  • Who hunts – You decide which hunters in your group are allowed on your leased land
  • Where they hunt – You pick your stand locations and hunting areas
  • When they hunt – You hunt as often or as little as you want during the lease period
  • Group size – You decide how many people hunt your tract

Other hunting clubs and lease networks control these decisions for you—and charge significantly more.

Brush Trail Hunting offers leases for whitetail deer and turkey hunting. The photo gallery shows successful hunters with 8-pointers, 10-pointers, archery bucks, and harvested game across multiple seasons. Steve has worked with the same landowners for 20 years, giving him access to proven hunting ground where big bucks are regularly taken.

Brush Trail Hunting expects hunters to follow straightforward rules and common-sense regulations. Steve requires:

  • Good hunting ethics and moral values
  • Treating leased land better than your own property
  • Compliance with all lease agreements

Breaking the rules means you and your group are out. Landowners appreciate how Steve manages the operation, which is why he regularly picks up more available land.

"I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went from going online and checking out his website to scouting the tract I was interested in and signing the papers for my lease. I had sent him an email on a tract I was interested in, and he got back to me the next day. You make it really easy on our end." — Brett from Minnesota

Contact Steve directly: - Phone: 918-440-6322 (he returns messages same day when possible) - Website Contact Form: Fill out with your info and questions - Mailing List: Submit your email and phone to get notified when new tracts become available

If no tracts are currently available, Steve recommends checking back often. Landowners frequently bring new ground to him because of how he runs things.

Tracts fill fast. Available land doesn't last long, especially proven big buck country. Get on the mailing list and call Steve as soon as new ground opens up.

1. Founder is a hunter first – Steve actually hunts. He understands the frustration of losing leases or dealing with outfitter markup 2. No per-hunter pricing – Your cost is fixed regardless of group size 3. You're in control – Unlike hunting clubs, you make all decisions about your tract 4. Affordable rates – Lease prices haven't skyrocketed like other networks 5. 20+ years of landowner relationships – Access to proven Northern Missouri big buck territory 6. Responsive communication – Steve answers emails within 24 hours and returns calls promptly

Hunters on Brush Trail Hunting leases have taken: - Multiple 10-point bucks - Archery bucks - Large whitetail doe - Bonus bobcats - Trail camera footage showing prime stand locations - Multi-generational hunting experiences (grandkids and granddads in photos)

The land consistently produces. Steve's personal "Buck of a Lifetime" is mounted proof of the quality ground available.
