Specialized Training Group

Specialized Training Group operates out of Florissant, Missouri (near St. Louis) and focuses on firearms training with an emphasis on small class sizes and personalized instruction. Their core philosophy: maintain a strict instructor-to-student ratio so every participant gets the attention they need.

The flagship course is an 8-hour NRA-certified Missouri Concealed Carry class that meets all state requirements for CCW permits. Classes run Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

What the course covers: - Basic handgun safety and range rules - Proper firing techniques and fundamentals - Missouri concealed carry laws and legal requirements - Live-fire qualification at the range

Students must fire 20 practice rounds and 20 qualification rounds using either a revolver or semi-automatic handgun. Morning sessions are classroom-based; afternoon involves live-fire at the range.

• •Cost: $75 per person with $25 deposit option available.

• •Gun Cleaning Class — One-on-one, couples, or small group instruction on breaking down, cleaning, and reassembling firearms. Walk away with confidence to maintain your own weapons.
• •NRA Personal Protection Inside The Home — 8-hour course covering basic defensive shooting skills, home safety strategies, responding to violent confrontation, handgun selection for self-defense, and continued skill development. Students fire approximately 100 rounds. Includes NRA handbook, safety rules brochure, marksmanship qualification booklet, and course completion certificate.

STG schedules multiple concealed carry classes throughout the year. You can book online, make a deposit ($25) to hold your spot, or pay in full. Classes are capped to maintain that instructor-to-student ratio advantage.
