Quincy Gun Club occupies 6 acres on Highway 24 in Taylor, Missouri, just outside West Quincy. The club was originally founded in 1919, relocated several times, and has called its current location home since the 1950s. Over 400 members strong, the facility serves shooters of all skill levels—from beginners to competitive shooters.

  • Trap & Skeet Shooting - 5 trap houses and 4 skeet fields; 2 of each equipped with voice-activated automated wireless traps
  • Weekly Leagues - Evening trap league (spring/summer), supervised youth league, industrial league, winter skeet league
  • Competitive Events - ATA registered shoots, 50-bird derbies, tournaments
  • Open Range Days - Thursday through Sunday for practice shooting
  • Private Events - Corporate outings, fundraisers, and special events available

The clubhouse survived both the 1973 and 1993 floods through member and volunteer effort. The facility continues to reinvest in improvements, including the recent upgrades to trap and skeet equipment with voice-activated systems that eliminate the need for manually operated traps.
