Western Hunt Company operates across Montana with a straightforward mission: help serious hunters find the hunt of a lifetime. Owner Tyler Ferris and his team manage multiple ranches and have partnerships with outfitters across the country, giving clients access to diverse terrain and game animals from the Bitterroot Valley to North Central Montana.
Montana Properties: - Elk – Bull and cow elk hunts in the Bitterroot National Forest and valley ranches - Mule Deer – Trophy and management buck hunts at Dry Fork Farms (11,000 acres in Unit 404) and other properties - Whitetail – Specialized hunts across multiple Montana ranches - Antelope – Waterhole and spot-and-stalk hunts at Dry Fork Farms (Unit 404 and 900-20) - Black Bear – Spring bear hunts on mountain properties - Mountain Lion & Wolves/Coyotes – Specialty predator hunts - Spring Turkey – 2-3 bird hunts with high bird densities (25-100+ birds visible per hunt) on Timbered Butte and Yellowstone Breaks ranches

Their guides work year-round—scouting, glassing, improving properties, clearing trails, setting up camp, working dogs, and fishing. They manage for quality animals (targeting 5+ year old bucks, 150-160+ scoring mule deer; elk in their prime).
Dry Fork Farms - Mule Deer (Unit 404) - Archery Management Buck: $4,000 (6 days/7 nights, no lodge/meals) - Archery Trophy Buck: $5,000 + $1,500 kill fee (6 days/7 nights) - Rifle Management Buck: $4,800 (3 days/4 nights) - Rifle Trophy Buck: $6,500 (5 days/6 nights) - Priced for 2 hunters with 1 guide; add $1,000 for solo hunter/guide
