Full description and what we offer
Blue Rock Outfitters has been guiding hunters since 2007 in one of Montana's most productive big game regions. Located 18 miles south of Broadus along the Little Powder River, they operate across the Montana-Wyoming border with licensed leases in both states.
Most hunts use a 2×1 guide ratio (two hunters per guide). Your day starts with coffee and rolls, then glassing and stalking from first light. Mid-morning breakfast at camp, then hunting resumes until dark. Evenings include a full supper and hunt debriefs.
Southeastern Montana terrain ranges from river bottoms to mountainous buttes. Most areas are accessible by 4WD, but some hunting requires hiking. They accommodate hunters of varying physical capabilities.
Expect to see hundreds of deer and antelope on every hunt. The operation maintains thousands of acres specifically to let game reach mature age with minimal hunting pressure.
