Full description and what we offer
Elkhorn Valley Sportsman Club has existed since 1982, originally as the Wingfoot Sportsman Club with a trap range behind the former Goodyear hose plant. The club reorganized in 2009 and signed a lease for land east of Norfolk, Nebraska, where members built new trap houses. The club moved to its current Madison, Nebraska location in 2021.
Members positioned the trap houses so a skeet house could also be built on the site. The club is member operated and runs its trapshooting under the rules and conditions of the Amateur Trapshooting Association.
Membership requires a signed application, the Universal Firearms Safety Rules, Trapshooting Rules of Etiquette, and a Release and Indemnity Agreement. New members serve a one year probationary membership. Any shooter of high school age or younger must have completed hunters education.
