Founded in 1947, the Otoe County Wildlife Club has been a fixture for Nebraska shooters. They started on East 4th in Nebraska City overlooking the Missouri River, then moved to their current 61-acre property in 1970. The club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to shooting sports and conservation.

Student rates apply to shooters 18 and younger
Membership costs $100/year (or $50 if joining after July). Requirements include current NRA membership, completion of a club application, presentation to the Board, and 10 hours of volunteer service within 12 months (or $250 fee instead). Members get a membership card, key to the north property, and club bylaws/range rules.
When the club moved to its current location in 1970, they planted 1,750 trees and shrubs by hand using 30-gallon cans hauled from town. Today the property features seven nature trails and supports 400 species of plant life and wildlife.
