Horseshoe Firearms CCW Training delivers state-compliant concealed carry and peace officer qualification training through instructor Joe Bruno, who brings over 30 years of active law enforcement from California and Nevada combined with more than 50 years of firearms experience.
Bruno holds NRA certifications in pistol, shotgun, and rifle instruction and serves as a range instructor for the Carson City Sheriff's Office. He commanded the Carson City Sheriff's Mounted Unit and understands both the legal and practical sides of carrying concealed.

All classes include targets, eye and ear protection (if needed), course material, and certificate of completion.
Basic curriculum includes firearms safety rules, Nevada firearm laws, proper handling and storage, loading/unloading, ammunition types, sight alignment and grip, firing positions, shooting techniques, and concealed carry methods. Range instruction runs one instructor to one student plus a safety officer.

Classes run Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with custom scheduling on request. Bring your firearm, 50 rounds of ammunition, and your own holster (various styles available to try).
Schedule Flexibility – They'll work with group or individual dates that fit your calendar. Both ladies-only and family classes create supportive environments for new shooters.
