Miller Outdoors specializes in two primary hunts:
New Hampshire's moose season runs nine days starting the third Saturday in October by lottery permit only. The state distributes roughly 485 permits annually to an average of 15,000 applicants worldwide. Odds sit around one in 25 for state residents and one in 50 for nonresidents—among the best in the nation.

"The beautiful music of the pounding Beagles pierced through the cold winter air like an orchestra. When a silent white form appeared from beneath the low-hanging limbs of a hemlock...the woods went silent for a few seconds."
