S.E.I. (STOALS, Etc., Institute) is a subsidiary of Green Feet Enterprises, LLC—a disabled-veteran-owned company. Started in 1995, the organization emerged from a specific need: special operations personnel operating in denied or austere environments required advanced medical and tactical training that couldn't be found elsewhere.
"Whatever or wherever your training needs are, we can custom craft a course for you. The only limit is your imagination."
They don't run the same course twice. Every enrollment is calibrated to the client's mission requirements. Selectivity is built into their DNA—they control who attends, where they train, and how the program unfolds. Anonymity and exclusivity are operational necessities, not marketing slogans.
Paramedic-level medical training designed for the tactical environment. STOALS fulfills NREMT-P refresher requirements (48-hour refresher, BLS/ACLS, 24 hours of CEUs) and is fully approved by the USAF EMT Program Manager.
Instructors include board-certified emergency physicians, critical-care flight paramedics, and operators with decades of pre-hospital medicine experience in extreme conditions.
