Box 233Keene, NH 03431www.ccssef.orgLOCATION: Cheshire County Shooting Sports Education Foundation - Keene NH - see website for directions andcoordinates.ELIGIBILITY: Open to all, limited to 40 competitors. All must complete a Liability Agreement.RULES: All current CMP High Power Rifle Rules will apply. CMP HIGHPOWER RIFLE COMPETITION RULES27th edition - 2024CLASSIFICATION: CMP & NRA classifications will be used. Unclassified competitors will compete in the MasterClass - rule 3.11.8.COURSE OF FIRE: Three 20 round stages (Stages 1,2, & 3) fired at 600 yards on the MR-1 target. F-Class onMR-1FC target. A total block time of 25 minutes, including 3 minutes preparation time and 22 minutes forsighting shots and 20 record shots is provided. Stage 4 - Aggregate total of stages 1,2, and 3SIGHTING SHOTS: Rule 5.2.2 Stage 1: Unlimited sighting shots are allowed with the competitor notifying the scorerwhen the first record shot will be fired. Stage 2 & 3 are limited to 2 sighting shots.SAFETY: ECI (Empty Chamber Indicator) rule 3.6.1. The ECI must be used at all times while the rifle is uncased onthe range and until the competitor is on the firing line. The rifle must be shouldered and pointed down rangebefore closing the action on a live round. Eye and ear protection are required. Rule3.6.2COMPETITOR RESPONSIBILITIES: All competitors are required to score**ELECTRONIC TARGETS: Shot Marker Electronic targets will be used. All CMP rules concerning e-targets will beobserved. Competitors must supply their own tablets.EQUIPMENT: F/TR Rifle - rule 4.1.7, F-Open Rifle rule 4.1.8, AR-Tactical Rifle rule 4.1.9, Service Rifle - rule 4.1.1-4.1.3, Match Rifle rule 4.1.5, US Palma Rifle - rule 5.15.AMMO: Rule 4.3 Any safe ammo supplied by the competitor (.223/5.6 - no bullets lighter than 69 grains).ENTRIES: Entries will be accepted until 8:45 am the day of the match. Entries will be accepted to the capacity of therange (40 shooters) and a waiting list will be maintained. Competitors not signing in by 8:45 am will losetheir spot to someone on the waiting list. Competitors will be squadded when they check in at the stat. office.Pre-registered competitors will receive preference for squadding.AWARDS & MATCH RESULTS: CMP Certificates will be awarded.
