Deering Fish and Game Club is a members-only club on 94.5 acres along the Contoocook River in Deering, New Hampshire, in operation for more than 60 years. The club has placed 92 acres of its grounds into a recreational conservation easement with the Deering Conservation Commission, protecting the land from future development.
The club offers a 100-yard rifle range with three sit-down shooting benches, a 25-yard pistol range with a stand-up bench, and a 3-D archery range with 15 targets. A trap house on the rifle range holds a clay pigeon thrower for trap shooting.
The property includes a small trout pond reserved for children under 16, a clubhouse and picnic area with a covered pavilion available for private rentals, and car-top boat access to the Contoocook River for canoes and kayaks. A New Hampshire OHRV rail trail runs through the property, with trailhead parking on-site.
The club sponsors an annual kids' fishing derby and a Woman on Target shooting course.
