Transfer Rates: - $65 (includes NICS) for first item NOT available in their store/website - $100 (includes NICS) for items currently available in-store or online - $35 for each additional item on same NICS check

Key Rules: - Each handgun needs own NICS check; long guns can combine - Accept transfers from other states (requires sender FFL copy or driver's license) - NO ammunition in same package as firearms - Handguns must ship via air with tracking; long guns can ship ground - Items requiring NJ compliance work evaluated for additional fees - Banned items in NJ returned to sender; buyer charged $35 return fee + shipping - Must complete transfer within 6 months or item considered abandoned

Process: Specify FSS Armory Inc. when making purchase, forward confirmation to [email protected]. They exchange FFL directly with seller—you don't handle licenses.
