Buffalo Wingz Waterfowl & Sportfishing operates out of Buffalo, NY with Captain Ryan O'Neill, a United States Coast Guard licensed charter captain and New York State guide. He's spent 27 years hunting and fishing these waters professionally guiding for the past decade.
Duck hunting focuses on big water diver hunting from the boat, primarily blue bills, redheads, and canvasbacks with buffleheads, golden eyes, and geese mixed in. Late-season hunts (November–January) on the Niagara River and Great Lakes target sea ducks including old squaw and white-winged scoters. Hunts operate in and around shallow boulder reefs where these birds feed and loaf.
Safety is always first, especially navigating fast turbulent water in early morning darkness, dodging ice chunks and stiff winds.
Guided Duck Hunt: 6 hours - 1 Hunter: $400 - 2 Hunters: $540 ($270 each) - 3 Hunters: $740 ($270 each)
