Most acreage sits between timber and CRP with corn, soybean, and milo fields creating natural funnels and food sources. Stands and blinds are positioned on ridges, field edges, and bedding-to-food corridors where bucks cruise during the rut looking for does. This isn't random—it's intentional placement.
Tag limits: 1 buck nonresident, 1 doe nonresident. 4-point minimum on one side with 125" minimum score. $500 fine for under. No trophy fees.
Clean, spacious quarters with fresh bedding. After the day's hunt, you can fish at the on-site lake, unwind by the firepit, use the barbecue grill, or handle laundry with the washer and dryer. Full kitchen available if you want to prep your own meals. Free Wi-Fi included.
