F.A.S.T. WNY processes firearm transfers for US citizens only.

• •Long guns: 18+ years old
• •Handguns: 21+ years old with valid NYS Pistol Permit or LE credentials
• •All transfers require NICS background check and 4473 form

• •All firearms must be made NYS compliant (S.A.F.E. Act) before transfer—purchaser pays for modifications
• •Magazines over 10-round capacity will be forfeited if not made compliant (unless purchaser is LE)
• •Firearms not picked up within 30 days require a new 4473 check ($10)
• •F.A.S.T. reserves the right to refuse any transfer or sale
• •Only accept transfers from licensed FFLs with proof of valid license

• •Within 24 hours of registration: Full refund minus Stripe processing fee, or full credit toward future class
• •Within 10 days of class date: Credit only
• •No-show: Complete forfeiture of payment
• •Class credits expire 6 months after cancellation
