Apex Outfitters runs large game hunts across Northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado with hundreds of successful trips under their belt. Head guide Clint Wood was raised by generations of outdoorsmen and outfitters in the Four Corners region—he's spent years finding the best hunting country across all four states.

• •Mountain Lion Hunts — Dry land and snow hunting options using trained hound packs. Both options available, cougars up to 8 feet long and 150–200 pounds for males
• •Black Bear Hunts — One of the most sought-after trophy hunts. New Mexico bears range from black to cinnamon, reddish, and blonde. Males average 250 pounds
• •Elk and Mule Deer Hunts — Draw tags or New Mexico landowner tags available. Archer hunts typically Sept 1–24, firearms in October (private ranches extend through December)

Tag requirements vary by game, but all require purchasing through the respective state wildlife agency before your hunt. Clint handles the details and logistics—your job is to show up ready.
