Drayke Outfitters

Drayke Outfitters operates duck hunting and inshore/nearshore fishing charters throughout Eastern North Carolina, with trips ranging from the Pamlico Sound to the Core Banks. Captain Bradley Dray, a USCG-licensed captain and Eastern North Carolina native, built the service on a foundation of commercial fishing expertise and genuine local knowledge.

Captain Bradley Dray spent his career as a commercial fisherman and charter captain before launching Drayke Outfitters as an additional way to share his love of the outdoors. He also owns and operates Crystal Coast Fishing Co. Allison Dray handles operations and runs guide trips on weekends, bringing her own hunting and fishing background from Maryland's Eastern Shore. Shay, their 3-year-old black lab, works the duck hunts.

Duck rigs include custom-made Autumn Wings gunning decoys, Fowl Foolers, and their own hand-crafted decoys. For fishing trips, all gear, bait, tackle, and licenses are provided.

Up to 3 passengers on private fishing charters. Duck hunters should arrive prepared with weather-appropriate clothing and their license/stamp—the crew provides decoys, setup, and retrieval support.
