Tier One Eagle Tactics was founded by Jimmy Hall, a retired Special Operations veteran with 28 years in the U.S. Army, including 17 years with 1st SFOD-D (Delta Force). He served as a Shooting Instructor for the Operator Training Course and completed multiple combat tours. His team brings the same depth: Greg Wilson (22 years Army, 14 on the Marksmanship Unit), Fred Fusco (20 years Army, 8 in JSOC), and K9 specialists Steven Stoops and Mike Reaver.

Jimmy Hall holds seven Bronze Stars (two with Valor device) and two Purple Hearts. Greg Wilson is a nine-time recipient of the President's 100 Pistol Tab and has competed nationally in Multi-Gun competitions. Fred Fusco worked 8 years at JSOC and served as a master breacher, K9 handler, and tactical climbing SME. Steven Stoops has 27 years working DoD K9s and trained dogs for the Afghan President's protection detail. Mike Reaver created SOF-specific canine handler courses at U.S. Special Operations Command.
