Activesolutions Training is run by Brian P. Kane, a retired police officer with 26.5 years in law enforcement. He worked his way up from deputy to detective sergeant managing major crimes, then dedicated 14.5 years to SWAT operations as assistant team leader and team leader.

Unlike typical training operations, Kane brings documented experience. He's been involved in actual armed encounters—not just trained for them. His background includes:

• •Active Shooter training (Homeland Security, Department of Criminal Justice Training, Ohio Tactical Association)
