20-Hour OPOTA Certification (the main event) - 10 hours classroom, 10 hours on the range - Satisfies private security firearms requirements under ORC Section 4749.10 - Recognized across multiple states for CCW purposes - You walk out with a signed Certificate of Completion from a certified instructor - Bring your own handgun (semi-auto or revolver), 250 rounds, two magazines, duty belt with holster, mag holster, eye/ear protection, and state ID

4-Hour Requalification Course - For renewing existing OPOTA certification - Same classroom/range split but compressed - Requires current OPOTA certificate, 100 rounds, same gear as 20-hour - Scheduled regularly—multiple dates per month available

Perfect attendance is mandatory. You cannot miss more than 14 minutes of any session.

Disqualifications include: - Felony convictions - Misdemeanor domestic violence convictions - Fugitive status - Drug dependency - Mental incompetence adjudications - Dishonorable discharge from armed forces - Renouncing U.S. citizenship

You must be a U.S. citizen, at least 21 years old, and bring a valid state ID to every session.

No loaded firearms in the building. Lock ammo in your vehicle, bring only your secured, unloaded handgun to class.

Dress code: Pants with belt loops (must wear a belt), non-slip shoes. No open-toe shoes.
