Falcon Firearms Training of Ohio

Falcon Firearms Training operates out of Uniontown, Ohio (Stark County) under the instruction of Bob Harris, an NRA Training Counselor. Harris holds certifications across multiple NRA disciplines and teaches practical firearm courses for shooters at all levels.

Bob Harris is certified as: - NRA Training Counselor (as of August 2025) - NRA Certified Instructor/Range Safety Officer (RSO) - NRA Basic Pistol Instructor - Advanced Pistol Instructor - Personal Protection Inside the Home Instructor - Personal Protection Outside the Home Instructor - Defensive Pistol Instructor - CCW Instructor

Handgun Training: - Ohio CCW / NRA Basic Pistol (8 hours, includes 2 hours live fire) - Advanced Pistol - Defensive Pistol - Low-Light Shoothouse (pistol-focused)

Long Gun Training: - Carbine courses - Low-Light Carbine (tactical rifle in low-light conditions)

Specialized Instruction: - Personal protection in the home - Personal protection outside the home - Private group instruction available

Courses focus on practical application. Low-light carbine instruction covers: - Illumination techniques and equipment - Safe operations in low-light conditions - Emergency and tactical reloads - Malfunction clearing - Engaging targets from cover - Single and multiple-round accuracy - Firing from various positions

Ohio CCW/Basic Pistol includes: - Safe gun handling fundamentals - Loading, unloading, and firing handguns - Ohio Attorney General's concealed carry handbook - Everything needed to qualify for Ohio CCW permit - Live fire on outdoor ranges (weather-appropriate clothing required)
