The Amboy Rifle Club

The Amboy Rifle Club is a premier shooting facility in Conneaut, Ohio, established in the mid-to-late 1940s to promote rifle marksmanship and shooting sports. This well-established club offers a welcoming environment for shooters of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced marksmen.

The club features a heated 50-foot, 8-lane indoor range with a manual retrieval system, specifically designed for .22 caliber rifles and most pistol calibers. The indoor facility ensures year-round shooting comfort, even during Ohio's cold winters.

The Amboy Rifle Club offers flexible membership options:

• •Associate Members ($45/year): Access to open range nights or can shoot with Annual members for $3 per shooter
• •Annual Members ($60/year): Full voting privileges, flexible shooting access with key card access (refundable $50 deposit), and reduced range fees
• •Public Access: Open range nights available to the public at $10 for one shooter or $4 for additional shooters on the same lane (1-hour time limit)

Membership is limited to 375 Associate and Annual members combined, ensuring quality facilities and personal attention.

Beyond general shooting, the club hosts:

• •Rifle and Pistol Leagues for competitive shooters
• •CCW Classes for concealed carry permit training

All open range nights are staffed by at least one NRA-certified Range Safety Officer to ensure a safe shooting environment for all participants.
