Bullseye Pheasant & Duck Hunting

Matt and Kim Peters opened Bullseye in 2004 with their sons—Tysen, Taylor, Tucker, and Roger—as guides. Two decades later, they're still running hunts across 183 acres of Ohio landscape, keeping things family-operated and straightforward.

Pheasant hunts run continental style—you work over pointer and flush dogs looking for birds in tall cover. Duck hunts start from the blind for authentic, fast-paced action. Chukar hunts throw unpredictable, hard-flying birds in pairs. Quail hunts offer smaller, quick action.

Their signature offering combines clay shooting, bird hunting, and lunch:

• •50-bird pheasant package: $165/person (groups 6-30). Includes 25-round trap warm-up, 50 pheasants hunted continental style, field hunt for stragglers, lunch, guide, and bird processing.
• •100-bird pheasant package: $330/person (groups 6-30). Double the birds, same services.

• •Frozen pheasant products: Pot pie (serves 6) and chili (serves 4)

Two cabin options for overnight stays:

6-person cabin ($150/night): Heat, electric, mini fridge, TV, microwave, shower, composting toilet, fire ring with wood provided.

10-person cabin ($250/night): Upgrades include air conditioning, coffee maker, and incinerating toilet.

All guests enjoy hot coffee and homemade cookies in the heated clubhouse before their hunt. The clubhouse table seats 30.

Four tiers with no shooter fees for immediate family:

• •Individual: $565 first year / $545 renewal (20 pheasants OR 28 chukars OR 45 quail)
• •Large Individual: $1,135 / $1,105 (40 pheasants OR 58 chukars OR 92 quail + cabin night)
• •Group/Corporate: $1,680 / $1,640 (60 pheasants OR 87 chukars OR 130 quail + cabin night)
• •Premium: $3,080 / $3,020 (110 pheasants OR 159 chukars OR 240 quail + two cabin nights)

All memberships include residual birds, free trap rounds, dog training area access, and cabin nights.

Open 7 days a week with 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM hunt times (reservations only). Closed Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Credit card required to book. Cancellations need 7 days notice (10 days near holidays) or face a 40% charge. No-shows incur 50% of total hunt cost.
