Marxman Gun and Archery Club was built around a straightforward mission: promote safe firearms and archery handling through competitive shooting and skill development.
The club maintains an outdoor facility with dedicated ranges: - 50, 100, and 200 yard rifle ranges - Pistol range - Shotgun range - Archery range
Constantly working to improve the range for the betterment of our members.
Marxman hosts matches in various shooting disciplines throughout the year, taking member suggestions for new competition types. The club also supports Lake County police departments for firearms training.
- •Hours & Access: Club property closes at 8 PM or 30 minutes before sunset, whichever is earlier.
- •Seasonal Closures: Ranges close during deer gun season (Dec. 1-7, Dec. 20-21, Jan. 3-6).
- •Merchandise: Marxman t-shirts available in gray or green (Small–XL $20, 2XL–4XL $25).
