Paul Costa - Broken Arrow Defense

Broken Arrow Defense is Paul Costa's training operation focused on unwavering fundamentals and tactical shooting instruction. Costa is an active law enforcement officer with 19+ years of state agency experience, including tactical patrol, assistant range master, firearms instruction, and special operations canine handler duties. He's currently a full-time special operations canine handler providing tactical support to Federal, State, County, and Local SWAT teams across the Tri-State area.

Paul is a Master Class competitive shooter in USPSA Carry Optics and the first Walther Arms Pro Staff Instructor dedicated to law enforcement training. He's also a Safariland CADRE Member and US Marshal TFO, combining professional credibility with competitive shooting excellence.
