Defensible Me fills a specific gap in the shooting sports. While women are the fastest-growing demographic in firearms ownership, most find it hard to locate instructors who understand their needs. Roxy Rueckert built this business to change that.

Defensible Me addresses real questions women shooters face: - Holster selection that works with women's clothing and body mechanics - Safe carry methods including purse carry - Hearing protection and managing recoil - Concealment without buying an entirely new wardrobe - Instruction that acknowledges how women learn best
Roxy is active beyond the classroom—she founded "The Right Girls" group, helped establish the Ladies Defensive Pistol League at Tri-County Gun Club, and belongs to three local ranges. She also creates pencil art in her spare time.
