Every barrel that leaves Pac-Nor gets completely contoured, polished, hand-lapped, threaded, chambered, and crowned. You choose:
You can order barrels three ways:
1. Barrel blank - Just the barrel, ready to fit yourself 2. Prefit barrel - Threaded with short shank, chambered and crowned, ready for a gunsmith to headspace 3. Fitting and chambering - Send your action and Pac-Nor does the complete rebarreling work
Pac-Nor applies Cerakote™ ceramic finish—a durable, military-spec coating that resists corrosion, abrasion, chemicals, and impact. Available in dozens of colors.

Submit a detailed barrel order form specifying your action, caliber, contour, finish, and any Cerakote work. Production typically takes 6 months or longer. Pac-Nor requires a 50% deposit with the balance due when your barrel ships.
