Keystone TAC is a licensed and insured firearms training and consulting company based in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The operation is veteran and law enforcement-owned with a combined 20+ years of professional firearms experience.

Lead instructors Scotty Radabaugh and Dan Kornfeind hold NRA firearms instruction certifications and state agency credentials. Their backgrounds include:

• •Baseline Pistol — One-day intro covering safety, platform familiarization, loading/unloading, fundamentals, recoil management

• •Baseline Rifle — One-day course on rifle/carbine fundamentals, zero acquisition, ready positions, mechanical offset
• •Advanced Rifle — High/low port positions, target transitions, primary to secondary weapon transitions, movement drills
• •Rifle and Pistol Manipulations — Immediate and remedial actions for common malfunctions

• •Vehicle Combat — Fighting in, through, and around vehicles. Includes vehicle ballistics lab, seated shooting, using vehicles for cover/concealment
• •KTAC Gunfighter — Advanced course combining Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) with dynamic pistol and rifle, plus post-engagement medical
• •Room Clearing and Home Defense — Tactical techniques for residential security
• •Concealed Carry Principles — Holster selection, clothing considerations, drawstroke, presentation, post-shooting procedures

• •Low Light / No Light Principles — Fundamentals of shooting in reduced light. Covers handheld lights, weapon-mounted lights, photonic barriers, overt and concealed carry options
• •Low Light / NV Standards — Four-hour performance-based class with white light or night vision. Establishes baseline metrics and pushes speed/accuracy balance

• •Pistol Standards — Four-hour performance block establishing speed and accuracy metrics
• •Rifle Standards — Four-hour rifle shooting block with drills to test and benchmark performance
• •Low Light / Night Vision Standards — Performance testing under reduced light conditions with or without night vision equipment

• •Basic Trauma Medical Workshop — Classroom instruction on trauma care including gunshot wounds, penetrating trauma, MARCH priority of care, tourniquet application, wound packing, personal trauma kit preparation
• •Combat Life Saver (CLS) — First-line casualty care training
• •Stop the Bleed — Hemorrhage control techniques

• •Red Dot Sights (RDS) — Instruction for RDS on pistol and rifle platforms
• •Ballistics Class — Internal, transitional, external, and terminal ballistics. Ammunition types/calibers, live-fire demonstrations of bullet effects on various media

• •Law Enforcement Performance Pistol — For active officers. Covers pistol fundamentals, efficiency, proficiency, shooting and moving, accuracy and speed in realistic job situations
• •Law Enforcement Performance Carbine — For patrol rifle deployment. Includes deploying from vehicles, jam clearing, transitions to other force options. Requires understanding of M4/AR15 platforms and zeroed weapons with iron sights or rifle-mounted optics
• •LEO Range Days — Free training provided to law enforcement officers for collaboration between departments. Beyond academy/department standards. Include pistol/rifle, low-light, and patrol-level tactics. Multi-day events feature guest instructors and vendor showcases

• •Ladies Only Introduction to Firearms — One-day intro in low-stress environment for women. Basic safety, pistol familiarization, fundamentals, recoil management
• •Ladies Only Advanced Pistol — Drawing, reloading, trigger control, transitions, malfunctions, barricaded shooting, movement

• •Intro to BJJ Combatives Workshop — Two-hour entry-level class on basic combative techniques. Covers takedowns, positional control, submissions from various positions. No sparring required

• •Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) — Four-hour certification required for Maryland residents to purchase, rent, or receive handguns
• •Maryland Wear and Carry Course — 16 hours (original application) or 8 hours (renewal) of instruction on state firearms law, home safety, handgun operation, with required 70% minimum accuracy demonstration

Most live-fire courses require attendees to bring their own ammunition (typically 150-400 rounds depending on course), appropriate firearms (pistol, rifle, or both), holsters, magazines, eye/ear protection, appropriate clothing (closed-toe shoes, no open toes), and water/snacks.

Specialized courses may require night vision equipment, weapon-mounted lights, slings, or other gear. Full requirements listed for each scheduled course.
