M&T Supply specializes in firearm transfers for Pennsylvania buyers and sellers. Whether you're purchasing online, transferring between individuals, or handling an estate, they manage the paperwork and background checks.
- •New firearm purchases (long guns at 18+, handguns at 21+)
- •FFL transfers from licensed dealers
- •SOT transfers for Class III firearms
- •Personal transfers between individuals (handguns require 21+ and PICS clearance)
- •Internet purchases (pre-arrangement required)
- •Estate transfers (with power of attorney and death certificate)
- •Inbound shipments by appointment only from valid FFLs or private sellers with ID
- •Transfer Fee: $25 per firearm (includes denied PICS calls, research, or delayed calls)
Pennsylvania Requirements: - Valid PA ID with current address required - Form 4473 completion for all purchases - PICS background check (Pennsylvania Instant Check System) - No waiting period for either long guns or handguns - Handgun transfers require SP4-113 Application of Record & Sales Form
Family transfers (spouse-to-spouse, parent-to-child, grandparent-to-grandchild) don't require a dealer under PA law.
- •Important: Internet transfers must be pre-arranged. Walk-in shipments without prior contact are refused. All transfers go to the named purchaser only.
