Full description and what we offer

Scott Cassel founded Cassels Waterfowl Outfitters as a full-time guide service focused exclusively on waterfowl hunting across southern New Jersey. The operation runs with five guides plus Cassel himself—each one selected for capability and trustworthiness.

This isn't a revolving door of seasonal guides. These are dedicated waterfowl hunters with serious credentials:

Barry Readinger has been hunting waterfowl since age twelve and won calling contests by fourteen. He's hunted across multiple U.S. flyways and ventured to Argentina. Barry also competes in sporting clays and volunteers with Ducks Unlimited.

Chad Seymour won the Pennsylvania State duck calling championship in 2000 and competed in The World's Championship Duck Calling contest in Stuttgart four times. He's hunted three major flyways and brings managing experience to the operation. Chad is a Pro-Staffer for RNT and Natgear, and deals RNT calls.

Donnie Davis is a Fortescue native who grew up running boats through South Jersey marshes. He specializes in puddle ducks in the South Zone along Delaware Bay and knows how to read duck patterns like few others.

Marcus R. Riddell has 26 years of hunting experience and is a firefighter at Perseverance Fire Company in Jonestown, PA. He's on Pro-Staff for Banded Calls, Hevi Shot, and Goose Noose Lanyards.

Capt. Steve Lessel is a USCG licensed captain with experience hunting divers, sea ducks, and puddle ducks from New Jersey to Alaska. He also brings professional photography to document your hunt.
