Perry Township Game Association runs a shooting facility built around NRA certified instruction. With over 120 years of combined teaching experience across 9 instructors, the club covers everything from first-time shooters to personal protection and instructor-level certifications.
NRA Courses (3-14 hours) - First Steps Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun (entry-level) - Basic Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun (intermediate) - Personal Protection in the Home & Out of the Home - Home Firearm Safety - Women on Target - Refuse to be a Victim - Pennsylvania State Hunter Safety Education
Instructor-level classes available for most disciplines
On-Site Ranges Teach, train, and shoot all at the same location—no 25-35 mile drive to Reading or Allentown for qualifications. Steel targets available.

Remote enough to avoid neighbor issues. Recently remodeled with expanded ranges. Members-only access (or guest of active member). The club also sponsors community events like the Trout Rodeo and encourages NRA membership.
Basic training is the foundation for safe shooting. Perry Gun Club positions First Steps courses as the practical starting point before moving to advanced classes.
