The Pocono Slate Belt Shooting Association was founded by local sportsmen to give trap shooters a place to test their skills. Chartered on July 16, 1962, the club has been a fixture in the Slate Belt and Pocono area ever since.
Two Lighted Trap Fields set to ATA standards, each with a Super Star clay throwing machine and voice release system. Gun racks and seating at both houses. Heated and air-conditioned clubhouse with restrooms and a patterning board for shooters.

Membership is $50/year for adults (18+) or $25 for juniors. New members pay a one-time $10 application fee, then attend a monthly membership meeting on the first Wednesday at 7:00 PM for approval.
The club runs seasonal leagues: - Summer League begins April 9, 2026 (2:00 PM - 7:30 PM) - Winter League (typically late fall through winter) - Bonanza League for tournament competition - Open practice every Tuesday morning for members
Trap shooting is standard 16 to 27 yards. The club maintains its fields and equipment to ATA standards with professional-grade clay machines.
Drop off or mail a membership application to the club office. If you've completed a hunter safety course or other firearms training, note it on your application—it helps with approval.
