Full description and what we offer
Sandycreek Conservancy operates as both a public shooting facility and a nonprofit conservancy focused on land and wildlife preservation in Venango County, Pennsylvania. Located 40 miles north of Butler and 80 miles north of Pittsburgh, the club sits on property that includes Big Sandy Creek and Haggerty Run—both stocked trout streams.
The club isn't just a shooting range. Their mission centers on three things:
They plant wildlife food plots with clover, brassica, and turnips to increase the deer herd. They've planted apple trees (16 of them) near the rifle range for bears, deer, turkeys, and songbirds. Pine, Norway Spruce, and White Spruce trees are densely planted for shelter. Scouts and members help with ongoing tree planting projects.
