• •Situational awareness fundamentals
• •"Run, Hide, Fight" concepts and practice
• •2.5 to 3 hours of instruction

• •Intro to Self Defense with Defensive Pepper Spray ($299 for one, $399 for two, $499 for three)
• •All material from the intro course plus comprehensive pepper spray training
• •How to safely carry and deploy pepper spray as a non-lethal option
• •Includes a fully functional Sabre 3-in-1 pepper spray canister
• •3.5 to 4 hours of instruction
